[ 4.0 stars ] "Yes people, the holes do line up, no need to drill anything. the problem is a lack of clear instructions. for some reason they ship the clip plate with the clip installed in the left-handed configuration (all 4 holes will line up when you install the plate on the sheath the way a left-handed person would carry it). [ 1.0 stars ] "Yes, I read the other reviews that say this clip fits the Izula sheath perfectly. Well, mine didn't fit, and I had to drill two more holes in it to make it fit. The metal clip is very strong, so if it's clipped on my belt, and I try to pull the knife out of the sheath (which requires a strong pull) I just about pull my pants over my head in the attempt.
