[ 1.0 stars ] "I loved this lantern when I first got it. But now after 2 years of occasional use it is useless. She turned on it is fine for the first 2 min. But then it starts to howl very very loudly, seriously it sounds like a train whistle. I've tried new propane tanks, new mantles, starting it low and moving to high, and nothing works. It puts out a really nice light (with a lot less noise) on the lower settings.The ignition is borderline dangerous though. I have found that the lantern will almost NEVER light with the push-button if temps are below 60o.
